I would like to compliment your employee above on his speedy response (to my 3rd complaint to Telkom) and efficiency with which he repaired the telephone.
I had two previous callouts (one being Cassim) who arrived looked at the problem and I never heard another word. This took 2 weeks to repair and Walleed fixed it in 2 hours from callout. Neither of the first 2 called out even looked in the manhole in the driveway where the cables are.
